Cancellation Policy
Terms of service and policies
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Within 24 hours of the appointment, cancellations will be charged 20% of the scheduled cost. We require a 24hr cancellation/reschedule notice for all appointments, so we may accommodate the needs of other clients.
All appointments are reserved by credit card. A 20% service fee must be applied to book your appointment.
If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you risk having your appointment time reduced, and you will be charged for the appointment that was initially booked. For those too late for us to perform any services, you will still be charged 20% of the scheduled service(s).
The service fee is non-refundable.
All appointments before or after hours are subject to an additional fee.
